Java desktop application to export the ToDoDB.pdb to HTML files

This is a Java Desktop Application for MAC, Windows, Linux and all Plattforms supporting Java 1.1.8 or better.
To run this software you need a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK).

You have to install a Jave Runtime Invironment like it is distributed by SUN, IBM or Apple. Up to now it has no GUI. It is a comand line driven utility. For Apple you can use Tools like JShell or JBindery to run the Application from the shell.


View your data from the build-in ToDo App in a Browser.
This is a Desktop Application for MACWindows, Linux and all Plattforms supporting Java 1.1.8.
This Application exports all records of the ToDoDB.pdb to HTML Files.
It is not the File used by the PalmDesktop; use Pilo-xfer or other tools
to export the database from your palm to the platform you prefer.

Start to browse with the Index.html file. Sample List View Page (the links in the samples will not work, if you create the pages your self they will work). The date is formated for Germany. It depends on the country settings of you Operating System.

via the categrie selector (Drop down list) you can choose the List view of the appropiate categorie.

If you click in the first column on the Details link a browser window will be opened and the details will be shown.

It runs with Java 1.1.8 or better.

Syntax:

using a JDK:

    java -cp ToDo2HTML.jar STARTER ToDo2HTML ToDoDB.pdb HTMLFilePath

if you have just installed the runtime environment:

    jre -cp ToDo2HTML.jar STARTER ToDo2HTML TodoDB.pdb HTMLFilePath


Be careful, the Java Runtime environment is case sensitve.

Deleted records will not be listed.



This Software is Commercial Application. There is a Demo Version (ToDo2HTMLDemo) available. If you like it, buy a License for 8 (eight) USD at Palmgear. You will recieve the Full Version via E-Mail.

This Software is a Commercial Application (8 USD). After buying that software, you will recieve the commercial version via e-mail. You will get updates for free for 2 (two) years.

It will work with all PalmOS Version, as long the format of the ToDoDB.pdb has not changed

Tested on Palm OS 3.3, 3.4, 4.0 and 5.0.

Any distribution of that Software via CD-ROM, Internet or other media without the permission of the author is not allowed.

This Software is Shareware. You have to buy a License to use it. If you register you will recieve the latest version with the latest enhancements as via eMail. You will recieve further updates via eMail.

The latest version is only available for registered user.

A Licence can be bought from Palmgear ( Buy online via secure store).

Refer to the Document for the Lisence Agreement.

These applications are distributed as archives files. To extract the original files from an archive, you can use WinZip (.zip) for Windows or StuffIt Expander (.sit) for Macs.
